What we collect
Name, email, age and the answers you write in the form. Phone, university, teammates’ emails and accessibility needs are optional. We also record which link brought you here, without identifying you.
What for
To answer your application, build the teams, run the logistics of the sprint and write to you about this edition. We do not sell or pass this data to third parties.
Your teammates’ emails
If you list teammates, each one receives a single email saying who listed them and how to apply. If they do not respond, they hear nothing further.
Who sees it
The Evoke team and the partners running this edition: Areandina, Casaprisma and Frontera Design Lab. The internal panel is protected and only authorised accounts can open it.
How long
Until the Colombia 2026 campaign closes and for as long as needed to report its results. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to marketing@evokenet.org.
Measurement
The page uses audience measurement tools to learn which channels worked. Fields you write are never sent to the analytics: name, email, phone, university, motivation and accessibility needs.
